The trip to Munnar provided by Kalarical Exotic Passages was very good. The pick up from ERN station and dropping us back was found to be a hassle free. Hill drive was safe with cooperative driver and car with good condition. Home stay found to be really homely. The home provider were very cordial, as we were with four children it was very comfortable and cost competitive. This three-day trip would have not been enjoyable unless the organizer had not taken meticulous step to follow us up from at least a month before to coordinate everything fall on time. it was superb thank you

[ COCHIN – MUNNAR – THEKKADY – ALLEPPY – KANYAKUMARI-KOVALAM-COCHIN] for 3 adults.
The trip was fantastic and well designed My review and experinece is mixed.

{A}The response was good and on time from mr.Praveen.P.Kaimal/mrs.amrutha of {Kalarickal Exotic Passages Alleppy,Kerala }
they charge BIT COSTLY ,the one thing i like with them they ask me to pay only Rs.5000 in advance for whole trip they dint
show any greediness about money ,I really appreciate them for this n to their service and responce which they have given
to us on time .Indeed it was a very great & pleasant experience with them.
{B}They gave me Mahindra Verito ac for whole tour with a driver{rajesh} about driver he is good person by nature
but he skips few places in munnar ,on my whole trip i have payed his lunch bill and at the end of the tour i gave him some amount
{C}The rate was good reliable service and cost effective inclusive of hotel stay,cab,breakfast on hotels, houseboat and all taxes..
next with accomodation:1. we stayed in Hotel Yuvarani Residency in Cochin.it was good hotel
2. we stayed in Hotel Le-Celestiium in munnar the room they gave us was water dripping from roof
staff changed room to another one ,but i dint like the hotel
i told mrs.amrutha to change hotel ,on the second day i got a good hotel
Igloo Nature Resort, Munnar and i stayed their for two days atmosphere of the hotel is fine but the food{break fast} bad
3. we stayed in Hotel Sandra Palace in tekkady it was ok near to main market were u can buy spices at HILL TOP GROCERIES
4.we stayed in kalarickal-exotic-passages home stay it was nice place to stay and had break fast and have body massage
with mr.praveen ji i felt good for his service .
{NOTE:-one thing i felt BAD about MADAM MRS.AMRUTHA she dint gave me complimentry massage for us as she told me on phone SHE will give
us complimentry massage,BUTshe charged for it from us, i felt BAD about this , As she gave complimentary to other customer {Mili Mohan}
so the reason i dint call her back after returning home and even i dint picked her phone and dint feed back till date }
5.we stayed in House Boat i like it very much, mr.Praveen.P.Kaimal dropped us their it was so nice in future i like to come
every year.house boat which they hired was from http://www.lakeslagoons.com/ we enjoyed kerala food with fish n veggie currys,
the staff so good on boat
6.we stayed in hotel Gopi Nivas in kanyakumari its so neat n clean hotel in temple town
7.we stayed in Jeevan Ayurvedic Beach Resort in Kovalam it was good resort in front of kovalam beach
8. we stayed in Hotel Golfvew near air port in cochin its nice hotel they gave us complimentry air port drop
We were taken to Poovar island of backwater trip by the driver{rajesh} and the PVT organizer of the boat he charged hefty amount of INR 4000 for 3 people
for the boat ride . I think driver {rajesh} might have a share in the deal and other places like spice world,tea garden…
Well planned and executed in a short period of request. wasn’t just a tour but equally a personal bonding relationship with them. Now I do have faith & confidence in them & would definitely

We had been to Kerala in the 1st week of Jan 2015. The coordinator Amrutha was really very helpful in all ways. She ensured that our stay and the whole trip was smooth. Mr. Praveen was helpful as well. Driver Mr. Rajesh was very supportive throughout the trip. The quality of hotels were good enough to make the stay comfortable.
The follow ups by Mrs. Amrutha was really appreciable.
Overall, it was a great experience at a reasonable price.

First, I want to thank you Kalarickal Exotic Passages(Praveen & Namrata ) for recommending best tour operators in Kerala. Me with a group of friends visited Alleppeyand Munnar in december. It was like a dream come true for me by spending time with my most intimate friends in this wonderful place.I believe that munnar is a must visit place in india.The hotel rooms were of good quality and Also food & hospitality has been great. Fortunately cab driver was a good person and he enjoyed our company. Also we spent a long time in a houseboat which was a awesome experience. We gone for Honeymoon Trip 6D/5N, Munnar, Thekkady and Alleppey.

Allepeye house boat experience was simply excellent, Munnar site-seeing was too good, And we got good home-stay through out the trip, Our Munnar Home stay (Winter Green Resort) has good hill view with basic amenities, Food was very good. Still needs improve, And Thekkady home stay at Edamala was very good, and House boat at last night was most memorable for us. And we got surprise honeymoon cake cutting at kalarickal home-stay it was awesome.

Allepeye house boat experience was simply excellent, This Place is definitely a must go at least once in a life time due to its greenery, calmness, By house boat we saw the entire country side, duck farming and localites fishing. The food that they provide was made so delicious. Definitely try out the tiger prawns fry delicac made by the chef of the house boat
